Excellent staff who greeted us as we walked in the store. Chris explained the sleepmatch machine which we thought was a genius idea. This was very helpful in our choice of bed. Asked if we would like a hot drink 3 times during our visit today. No pressure of sale, Chris gave us time alone to decide. Sorted out the computer problem when he dealt with our order in a very calm professional manner at all times. Very impressed with the tempura pillow to try on the suggested beds. Had to purchase 2 brilliant!!!

The service we received was excellent, the choice of products was very good. Particularly impressed with the Sleep match technology, we felt that we ended up with a product that is going to be specific to our needs. The assistant also helped match us with pillows which we are using already & are already feeling the benefits.
