I bought a bed a few months ago I walked in the store and was greeted by a lovely lady who help me choose the bed I was looking for I was offered a bottle of water and sat down to process my purchase , I was very happy with my experience at dreams , so when my sons old bed broke I was happy to return to dreams and purchase another bed for him, again I got good service just as before , the only problem I had this time is the delivery , I had to wait four weeks so my son had to sleep on the sofa for that amount of time,other than that I was happy with my experience with dreams and would definitely return again and would also recommend dreams to all family and friends

Having spent weeks searching for a bed and mattress for my Multiple Sclerosis i finally stumbled across Dreams in Kings Lynn Norfolk. from the moment i entered the shop i was greeted with very experienced staff who catered for my requirements. first from the unique mattress unit which selects a number of suitable mattresses to test for me to select the one which i felt most suited my needs. having found one i could then select a delivery date which most suited me and then negotiated a deal which i found very amenable. I will have no hesitation using Dreams again when i need to.

I needn’t have worried about pushy sales, from the moment I walked into the shop I felt at ease. Lucie greeted me, introduced me to the demo bed and explained thoroughly. I was amazed at the experience id a little unsure I would find my perfect mattress. Lucie left me for the bed to “do it’s thing”. Once complete she stayed with me and explained each mattress chosen for me.

Kacey, the young assistant impressed with her product knowledge. She did not apply any pressure but was patient and charming throughout. She competently used the computer to provide me with a printout of my order and delivery instructions. An excellent employee.
