Very knowledgable assistant Mariana,helpful and attentive,when choosing bedding again would return to Dreams

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams. Paul greeted straight away and asked what we were looking for. We did the sleepmatch test which was straight forward and comfortable. We were then shown the mattresses which fitted our results and tested them out with the option of a pillow to assist with our decision making. Paul offered us bottles of water several times and allowed us to browse at our leisure. After making a final decision, Paul took us through the order process as smoothly and easy as possible. He was the perfect amount of friendly but not ‘over the top’ customer service. He was not pushy or influenced our decision in any way. He only showed us mattresses in our price and comfort range. We walked away very happy.

Very good customer service easy to talk to and very helpful. Good social distancing and cleaning for this. Very happy. Quick to place order very friendly and quick to deliver. Also delivered on a day you will be home
