Greeted in a friendly way, Paul and collegue were extremely friendly , helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to , made us laugh and visit was very enjoyable (mattress shopping was easy and fun! Which i wasn't expecting) The mattress tester ( that shows what you need ) was good, comfortable ,interesting) Store was very clean, good selection, good value for money Buying options made clear , finance explained in a clear way, Offered a bottle of water which was a lovely surprise The staff at the shop i cannot rate highly enough Paul and collegue (didn't get the name sorry) really made the experience !

From start to finish I was waslistened to and found the perfect bed for me. I have medical issues and it was 2days after I was discharged from hospital.
