Staff were friendly and tried to build a rapport with us and had a joke with us around us previously visiting another store. They were comfortable with us having brought our 2 children and even asked a few questions to our 5 Yr old who had the answers... Purchasing was quick and painless and we were told that our bed was out of stock but more was on its way and they will be in contact as soon as it arrives.
