Very good customer service and excellent service. The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, was even offered a bottle of water.

We were met on arrival by friendly assistant. We had no idea where to start, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. We agreed to do the sleep machine which was brilliant and provided us with the knowledge and understanding of what we needed. The beds we tried were all really good and we felt we found our perfect bed. We got a good deal on pillows too.

I was served by Paul. He was very helpful not pushy . I wasn’t sure what I needed but his expertise lead me to making a sale . He should get a rise
