Kacey (your) sales person was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome, she advised us when we required guidance and at the same time allowed us to freely browse at our leisure, Kacey is a fantastic ambassador for your company and for a young lady had a wealth of experience which would rival sales personnel that have been doing that type of work for many years, she is an inspiration and I very much hope that she is recognised for this feedback.
