This was my second visit to this dealership, with the November lock-down causing the gap between the first an the second, when I purchased a mattress. I spoke with one member of staff on the two visits, but also a second person on the second visit. Both were excellent, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very proficient and likeable. They each listened attentively, answers all my questions fully, made suggestions from a place of knowledge and provided me with everything I required to make my purchase decision. It is because of people like them that I would return to your company when I next require to purchase beds, mattresses etc, not because of your pricing.
