Paul the chap who looked after us was fantastic. Talked us through all the options and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with when the new mattress will be delivered. Great service.

The gentleman that served us was very polite and exceptionally knowledgeable. He had a genuine interest in our needs and couldn't have been more helpful.

The assistant was very friendly, approachable and informative about the products we were looking at.

We used the mattress software which was super helpful, the sales manager was really knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy but genuinely sold us the mattress based on his knowledge and ability to answer all our questions.

Apart from the date of the delivery 23 June (order date 1 May) everything else was great.

I was assisted from the outset, a knowledgeable member of staff who listened to my query and tailored my shopping experience to suit my needs. Not pushy in any way, was happy to give me as much information as possible and I felt comfortable to make a decision on the spot and make my purchase

The service I received was excellent , we were approached as we entered the store by a male sales assistant at a distance offering his knowledge and we asked if we could look round and then ask for his advice if we needed it which we did he was exceptional helpful answering our questions and helping us with our choice and also checking a suitable delivery for us

I used the bed simulator for a recommend mattress for me, which I ended up purchasing one from the list . Loved the idea of picking a pillow that suits you to try with the mattresses so I ended up buying a pillow too. Staff were incredibly friendly and quick to help when needed

We were approached immediately and politely asked if we would like some help or if we would rather browse (unlike a previous store where we were practically ignored) we had the opportunity to try the electronic bed which gave us data to suggest what sort of mattress we would like, which really helped us understand the pros and cons, the assistant explained everything clearly to us. We were not pressured in any way and felt happy with our decision. We had a laugh and joke with the staff and felt included in harness banter.
