Friendly staff helpful and non pushy

The colleague, Ruby, was very helpful, polite and pleasant to deal with, did not pressurize us but was there to answer questions when needed. Clean well presented store and once coding explained easy to find specific types of mattress.

Ruby was really on the ball as soon as we walked in. Told her what we were looking for - tried out several mattresses and chose the one for us. She offered sheets and pillows which we purchased. Altogether a quick, efficient and pleasurable experience. Thank you.

the two staff that where in store where very helpful without being over the top let us browse with out being in your face,we cannot stand staff that do not let you look in peace so a nice experience well done.

The salesman was fantastic and went out of his way to ensure that I got the bed & mattress combination that I wanted. I suppose I was a bit of a fickle customer as originally wanted king size, then super king, then back to king however, he was professional & enthusiastic throughout & couldn't have done anymore to help.

Very helpful and friendly staff allowed us to look around but pointed us to the beds that would be suitable then when we were ready for assistants they could not have been more helpful We were very pleased we chose dreams to shop for our beds

We are highly satisfied about our experience today at Kings Lynn store. Sale assistants Brook and Ruby was very kind and helpful. They answer in ever our query about products. We will certainly get back in this store again.

Very pleasant salesperson - helpful and calm - kindly got me a glass of cold water when I requested it. My grown up daughter was with me and he addressed us both sensibly and helpfully. She had previously purchased all her family beds from Dreams nearest South Woodford, so that is why I went to Dreams in King's Lynn with her, as she helped me select the right bed for my needs. I am looking forward to it being delivered here on Weds 16th July.
