The sales assistant, GINA , was very helpful, friendly and approachable. She had a pleasant attitude, offering us coffee and happy to spend time, without being to "pushy"

brook the lady that see to are needs for a new mattres was very good and gave us all the info a bout the mattres and asked what sort we were looking for .for are needs asi have bad back she spent the time telling us all we needed to know we were oferd a drink were so pleased thank you

The young man (Matt) who served us was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. He did not pressurise us into buying but was very accommodating and listened to our needs.

I was served by Chris and he was excellent, very knowledgeable and considerate especially as I had my 16 month old daughter with me and he made a real effort to engage with her and not mind if we were briefly interrupted by her. Exceptional service

The staff were very welcoming and friendly not pushy just there to help when you needed. The delivery team were fantastic in a tricky stairway they did a brilliant job and we're very friendly and courteous.

The employees that helped me (Gina & Ruby in Kings Lynn) with my bed, mattress and headboard purchase were excellent and extremely friendly. They made the experience an enjoyable one and are a credit to your company.

Were shown a variety of products and had the opportunity to experience them - we were looking for a mattress that could be rolled and were able to test them. Assistant very friendly and knowledgeable. A very good experience and we walked away with what we wanted at a good price.

tHE Manager Chris served us and he was so helpful and we got a wonderful cup of coffee while we were waiting, he could have been more helpful and even got me the V A T off for being disabled which I though was very kind and helpful I hope he does well in his job and you are lucky to have found such a good kind person to work in your store Jackie garrett
