The staff were friendly efficient helpful made us feel totally comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. They worked well as a team and ruby was superb in every way. The whole experience was enjoyable

She had asked what we were looking for and showed us our options and getting us to try out the mattresses. The assistant helped us with our purchase from start to end. It was one of the best shopping experience I have had in my life! I want to thank all of the staff in store (Ruby, Brook and Gina) for making my day! It was a pleasure to be in store, I felt welcomed and it was easy to approach the staff. I was left on my own to browse and I was offered help on a right time, the staff wasn't pushy but offered me professional help and after finding my needs offered me the best mattress for me and my wife. I can say it was complete opposite experience in Benson and Beds store, where people didn't listen what I needed and started showing off with what they know and made me feel STUPID! So massive well done to Dreams team, manager should be proud of you and keep same friendly atmosphere in store at all times. THANK YOU.
