We found what we wanted and the staff where very helpfull.

The staff were very friendly, chatty, offered us a drink which although we didn't accept the offer was a pleasant offer.

went in there looking for a small double bed for our 13 year old son, the assistant told us that the single beds were the same size as the small double, therefore saving us some money so we were able to purchase a headboard at the same time instead of saving and going back at a later date, the assistant gina was very helpful and polite, thank you

Brook was extremely helpful and friendly

We were assisted in our choices by an assistant called Brook, who was able to answer all our questions and give cheerful and friendly advice. She was very patient and helpful while we chose a mattress to go with our new bedroom furniture and was well informed and able to suggest alternatives We were offered drinks and were able to use the toilet facilities in the store. The other assistant, Ruby was also friendly and helpful. We were glad we had decided to look for our new bedroom furniture in your store because the right staff make all the difference to the experience. Also we were able to choose a delivery date with the option of changing it if need be and this was helpful because we are about to move house. All in all, very pleased.

When I first visited the King's Lynn branch I was advised by Ruby. She advised me about the products after asking me detailed questions about my needs. Ruby then showed me a selection of mattresses where I found one that seemed, to me, better than the rest. Even after that Ruby continued to show me alternate options and advise me about the returns policy. I left the branch that day knowing which mattress I wanted and returned the next day to buy it. I was approached by Gina who said Ruby was not in but that Brook could place my order on her behalf. Gina offered me a cup of tea which made me feel valued as a customer. Brook then began placing my order and was very understanding of my needs. Between them both Brook and Gina not only arranged the order and delivery of a new mattress but they asked me questions about my day and life which lead to them asking me to get my dog from the car outside and bring him in so that they could see him. All three ladies are an attribute to Dreams and made the buying of a mattress a pleasure. They are a credit to your company. 10/10

We needed assistance with purchasing an adjustable bed for my able bodied husband & myself, a wheelchair user with Cauda Equina Syndrome. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and above all, not pushy. We were given the advice we required and then given time to consider what would be best for our needs. Refreshments were made available to us throughout. My 13 year old step daughter was also choosing a new bed. She was given as much care & attention as we were, but what made her feel special was that the assistant addressed her first, then us. Overall it was a really positive experience. Being in a wheelchair means I tend to get overlooked by shop assistants, they usually speak to whoever is pushing me- this was not the case, here we were treated as an equal couple. Eye contact was maintained, without being intimidating. Please send our thanks to all in Kings Lynn 'Dreams', many other retailers could learn a lot from the team on duty that day.

The staff were extremely courteous and professional. The products were displayed in such a way as make our selection easier than it might otherwise have been. At the outset our intention was only to obtain a quotation to compare Dreams with other suppliers. In the event we decided to complete our order there and then.

The staff were friendly efficient helpful made us feel totally comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. They worked well as a team and ruby was superb in every way. The whole experience was enjoyable
