We found the store to be well laid out with the different type of mattress available clearly labelled with an adequate description of suitability. It was refreshing to be greeted by non pushy, friendly staff who had a wealth of product knowledge to answer our numerous questions. Thank You Gina and Chris for your excellent service.

After visiting many retail competitors Dreams simply had the product and price that we required.The assistant at the store branch was extremely helpful and efficient as well as enjoying a smiling good sense of humour.

From entering the store we were met with a smile from Gina who greeted us. We were shopping for a number of beds today and had our two young children with along being half term. Whilst my wife and I browsed different items and discussed the various options with Gina, Matt did a top job of keeping our children occupied which was very much appreciated. Although always on hand to answer any questions we had Gina did a really good sales job of not making us feel pressured or harassed into making a purchase. Both Gina & Chris supplied us with product information and we found both were very competent. Nothing seemed too much trouble to the team and I was more than happy with the purchase we eventually made. I don't usually take part in reviews or online feedback, however feel that the level of service provided on this occasion was of such a high standard it is most warranted. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the team at Kings Lynn, Hardwick Road to my friends and family.

We were helped by two colleagues in store. Matt assisted our choice of mattrass and Gina took our order on a different day. Both were very friendly, but not pushy and very knowledgable. They were keen to assist us and help us make the right choice. It was a pleasure to visit Dreams Thank you.

I went in with my daughter to pick a new bed for her ,brook was a great help wrote down the measurement so I could go home and check . the next day I saw Ruby and she was great as well . For someone who hates shopping your staff made it fine.

Staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. They knew a lot about the products they were selling, which helped us make a decision.

We dealt with Gina in Kings Lynn Hardwick. Very efficient and knew her product knowledge. I was on a lunch break and she was very accommodating to my time restraints. She helped us pick the perfect bed for myself and my partner. Thank you for a great experience Gina. Ruby was friendly as well, both were very welcoming and willing to answer any questions.

Went in wanting a bed, and walked out purchasing a bed.

Store Assistant was very friendly and helpful, pointed out how the colour code beds were shown, understood budget and pointed out options. Offered a standard pillow to try the bed out correctly. Very tidy store.

Chris the sales man understood exactly what I wanted and sorted it instantly.
