Everything was smooth and nice. I received enough support during the visit. Your colleague helped me to go thru all of the possible options and chose the right products. During placing the order we faced small issue, which was resolved quite easily with good level of understanding and explanation.

The assistant, Gina, was welcoming, had excellent product knowledge and listened to our needs. She took her time and made sure that we were able to select the mattress that was best suited for us. She made our visit a pleasure and we will be happy to return and recommend the store to our family and friends.

Ruby who served us was very helpful & understanding. We even had a cup of coffee. She showed us all the beds in our comfort range. All the staff that day were really helpful.

We received a friendly welcome from Ruby our sales assistant She determined our requirements and then showed us and explained the options available to meet those needs. We were no harassed into making a decision but were given time to chose the product we wanted from the range in store. Our order was placed quickly and a suitable delivery date was agreed to. When our product was delivered, the delivery team of Patrick and Steve were very helpful and explained how to get the best from the product. All staff that we met were helpful, informative and friendly.
