Dreams - Kings Lynn

Went in store to buy a mattress Brook explained all manner of different styles available in store. Was given as long as we felt necessary to lay on all styles of mattress and choose how firm we liked it.Also gave us some alone time to discuss our budget and preferences. As our mattress was on offer we opted for a new base aswell as it was a display model also on offer.

Went into to order a bed for our daughter & all the staff were very helpful.We ordered a bed, mattress & paid for assembly too,all of which we were very happy with.

Needed to buy a bed for 90 year old who specific height needs and. Comfort and edge springs were important both Brook and Chris were helpful and went out of their way to get the delivery date correct and helpful. They both gave us confidence, we are not from the Kings Lynn area and had no knowledge of Dreams, but after going to other shops we returned because if their help

I had previously been in to look at beds and, on that occasion, Gina was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, which is why I returned on 25th with a firm order.

From my first visit on the 20/11, the staff were excellent, very helpful. The day we purchased, Chris, the manager was great, couldn't have been more helpful. The product was excellent value for money and so well made, such a change from other suppliers in and around Kings Lynn.

Ruby was the person that turned us from looking to making a purchase. Very knowledgeable, listen to what we wanted and had allot of patience to help us make the right selection. Very valuable member of staff, should be praised for her attention to customer service. Will definitely return to the store for future purchases. The manager was also very helpful.

I had a great experience at the branch and was given the chance to try different mattresses to suit my needs. Gina made the decision process fun, with the right level of information and options. Chris was also very informative in answering my questions and general product knowledge. The delivery team were also good fun, especially Gavin who was getting into the spirit of Christmas!

Ruby, the dreams assistant was brilliant, very friendly knew the best product for us. Everything we needed was available overall a very positive experience.

I felt that the sales team were not intrusive but felt when we needed advice they were there with the answers.

Brilliant staff. Happy helpful. Ruby was a laugh. She dealt with our needs promptly and her assistant a man helped lift bed onto pick up. Brilliant pair on Sunday 15th November at Kings lynn. Credit to the company. Thank you both.
