Dreams - Kings Lynn

The assistant Gina was very attentive, helpful, informal, friendly. I think this is very important in sales she made us feel as though the items we purchased were tailored for us & especially to my budget. Her manager was very attentive too, they took time to explain every question we had about the product & promoted the protection cover plans which we purchased too. Was great to get free gift too ' mattress protector ' with the cover plan. All was a pleasant experience would definetly use Dreams again. Thanks to Gina.

The lovely lady who served us was refreshingly pleasant and so very helpful. She made me feel very comfortable in trying lots of pillows, very much the no hurry , nothing's too much trouble . Definitely go back after Christmas for a new mattress .

Although we have not received item yet,(on order),we were pleased with the general assistance forwarded by staff member,Again we cannot pass comment on item yet only having seen item in-store,but we were assured that item will be "white glove handled"whilst being assembled at our property.overall service and store presentation was of good standard,The only concern i had was that when we decided upon the item in question,it was not until we were actually shown fittings of the "wardrobe"were we told that the double draw storage inside were an "additional extra",unfortunately this was not given as "info"at information plynth,having said this..we did manage to get a "3 for 2"bargain purchase on side cabinets,...so were pleased.

Good advice without being pressurised

I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis for many years and consider the purchase of a good mattress of paramount importance. I visited the Dreams store today in Kings Lynn and considered myself very fortunate to have been served by a sales assistant called Matt. He was knowledgeable about the product and I did not feel pressured to buy, unlike the competition (Benson Beds) which was located 2 doors away. I would recommend to my family and friends to go to Dreams for their beds/mattresses.
