Dreams - Kings Lynn

We were greeted on entering the King's Lynn store by Paul. Told him we were looking for a new mattress. He asked if we would like to try the sleep match, which we did. He explained all the current Covid precautions in place. Took us to all our matched beds, answered any questions we had, even remembered that my partner had asked about latex due to an allergy, so we gave 1 mattress a miss. Once he had taken us to our matches and we were down to 2 he left us to make up our minds. When we had made our decision we went to him, were offered a drink while sorting out the details. An all round pleasant experience.

Store assistant we spoke to was very friendly and professional, had just been to Bensons next door and although friendly conversation it had been a bit awkward, at Dreams we were put at ease by the assistant and we had a laugh, didn’t feel pressured into sale and happy to walk away with our purchase, only regret was didn’t we purchase the bed cover at the time of the sale but did put it on later over the phone through customer services, just don’t let the store salesman know….

Staff in store were very welcoming but not pushy. were helped by Wakas who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have severe arthritis in my spine and hips and have severe sleep disturbances for a long time. He knew exactly what I would need and after trying several beds we choose mattress that I was very happy with. We were not rushed and never felt pressured into purchasing a mattress unless we were totally happy. The bed arrived today, just 4 days after ordering which we were very surprised and happy with. Overall a very good purchasing experience.

I was seen immediately. The colleague knew which product I wanted. This was not available to view in store (I knew this as I had phoned ahead), as it was an online clearance. However, I was shown similar items to give me a good idea of the item I ordered.

As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted with a nice friendly greeting,everything was put in place for people to sanatise hands and pillows were all cleaned when used. We were able to have a laugh and were made comfortable on our visit,the other staff in the shop were very friendly too.Would recommend this shop to family and friends,
