Dreams - Kings Lynn

We were served/helped by Brook she was very attentive and as we had our 2 children with us engaged in conversation with them also, checking with them the type of mattress they liked and reassuring them it was ok to lye down on the beds. Brook also was as efficient as she could be with all the paperwork. Other members of staff also chatted to the boys while we were waiting.

The lady that assisted me, Gina, was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had done a lot of research on the bed I wanted, but her professionalism made me decide to buy in the dreams store and not go anywhere else.

We were very satisfied with our visit. We had our 2 and 3 year old sons with us whilst looking at the beds and throughout the order process. Staff were very patient with us whilst we dealt with our children's various demands whilst in the store and took time to talk us through all the options. We didn't feel rushed at any stage. Our children were welcomed and were entertained and given chocolate biscuits by staff members which we thought was a nice touch. Chris served us. He was very knowledgeable and gave us time and space when we needed it to discuss what we wanted to do. He was very accommodating when it came to discounts and offers on the products we purchased and we came away with a very positive impression of the store, it's staff and also felt we had been given a very good deal.

We were greeted straight away by a very friendly and helpful assistant. She clearly knew her products well and I was shown a number of different possibilities and was able to make a choice I was very happy with quickly and with no fuss. The ordering and paying process was friendly and efficient. I was also impressed with the layout of the store which was logical and inviting. The whole experience was in direct contrast with another bed store I had just been into a couple of doors down where there was no one available to help and the layout was extremely confusing making decisions difficult. I had walked out after wandering around for some time getting rather confused as to what I wanted. I was very happy to walk into Dreams and get excellent customer service which has left me very satisfied with the experience. I would certainly return to your store again and recommend to others based in this experience.

as soon as we walked in we was approached and we were also given time alone to talk things between the two of us. Ruby was very friendly and helpful all the time during our visit. There was plenty to look at and try out and rubyexplained everything.

We had already researched mattresses and had decided on Tempur, despite the cost. The store assistant was helpful and patient with us as we tested the several options of tempt mattresses; there was no hassling or 'hard sell'.

This was a second follow up visit after buying a temper mattress the week before. The mattress cover was out of stock at the Kings Lynn store so the manager arranged for another to be delivered to the store. I picked it up today after my mattress arrived this morning. I still received the discount on the cover, staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for me.

The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked what we were looking for and showed us something suitable for our needs and our budget. She wasn't pushy like some staff are in other stores. She was part of the reason we bought from Dreams.

Came in to get some new linens for a Christmas present and was greeted with a smile and warm welcome, everything was quick and easy.

The price was right and the sale assistant was very friendly and helpfull
