Sales assistant friendly, professional and helpful. If she didn't know something she found out very quickly. We were impressed with the quality of the items we purchased, and felt the staff did the best deal they could for us.

Brook at the Kings Lynn store was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us explaining the mattress options. Brook mentioned the 40 night comfort guarantee. This is offered by no other bed reseller so we were very impressed with Dreams for this. Brook explained and answered all of our questions in detail. We left the store feeling as though a large decision was made so much easier by her help. Thank you.

The assistant Gina was very helpful,approached us quickly and advised well on what would be suitable.We only went in for a new mattress and went away with a quote for a new bed which we then purchased a couple of days later.On returning to the store Gina seemed to remember us and greeted us warmly and was thorough and clear in all aspects of the sale.She was very friendly and approachable and we didn't feel pressurised in any way to purchase anything even when things were offered.Gina was so good we specifically looked for her when returning to the store as we trusted her to ensure our order was made successfully.We would recommend Dreams to family and friends,especially with the 8 year extra warranty as we felt that this was good value and eased our concerns about longevity of our purchase.As an extra note our 6 year old daughter loved it in the store and Gina was superb with her including her in conversation and being patient when she was getting restless so thank you for that.Great customer service.

Ruby was very friendly and polite and she explained everything we needed to know very well we felt very welcome in the shop thank you.

Our assistant Matthew was personable and had good product knowledge. He was not pushy but guided us through the options that met our needs. We had visited other competitor stores who ignored us and had insufficient assistants. Matt's colleagues were also very nice and very welcoming. I hope that the delivery aspect does not let down the service and experience provided by Matt so far.

As soon as we walked in the store a member if staff approached us asked us if we needed help was able to direct us where we needed to be she showed us other options and was very knowledgable about the mattresses we were looking for.

Gina was very attentive and helpful without being pushy. The whole purchase was well handled from start to finish. Her colleagues were also very friendly and helpful.
