Dreams - Kings Lynn

We had been before for some previous items and the standard of service was still the high quality as if we were totally new to the store

We went into Dreams in Kings Lynn and was met by the Manager Chris who came over and talked to us about what we were looking for, he showed us a variety of choices which covered comfort and cost. As we were looking to purchase the bed for our mother he took into consideration all her needs and suggested several possible options. He also offered refreshment whilst we made our choice and time alone to discuss and come to our own decision. He then fully explained the options available for delivery etc and was very thorough in ensuring that we received the right advice.

Good range of products, sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, the sale was processed quickly (as i had to pick up my son from school) yet throughtly not overlooking anything.

I was offered assistance by one of the sales team who asked what I was looking for. She then explained the colour coding system on the mattresses. She let me look around and then asked how I was getting on - but she was not pushy in any way. She was very knowledgeable about the products on display and tried to direct me to the most suitable products for my needs. She was very polite and easy to talk to.

We were served by an assistant named Brooke and found her very knowledgeable, friendly and catered to our needs perfectly. We were not pushed in to sales instead felt that Brooke was providing us with advice the products that would suit our needs.

The sales lady who I first met was very attentive and listened to my needs and spent time explaining everything, on return to place order the manager of the store was very attentive too and made sure we were aware of everything
