The service we received was to the highest level, it was a pleasure throughout. Gina's knowledge of the products available was first rate. All in all its it was an excellent experience throughout.

Having never been to dreams before, from the moment me and my husband walked in it was clear that the level of customer service was above and beyond other stores we have been to before. My daughter works there so I thought I'd better take a look but the tv adverts kept reminding me to sort my bed out! We both went in there wanting the full customer experience and my daughter Ruby done just that. We was told about all the different services that dreams offer and was even offered a cup of tea. We feel that she is very polite, explained everything clearly, and didn't make us buy unlike some stores (We are judging her as if she wasn't our daughter) all staff were friendly, helpful and smiley which makes a lovely change! Great atmosphere in store which really stands out to others. Looking forward to getting our bed tomorrow thank you all.

We came to the store really unsure of what we were after, we had a look around and then was assisted by a lovely lady Brook, she gave a lot of time and attention to help us find the bed we were after, she in fact stayed after the time she should have left to ensure we were satified. She was really good with advice and knew what she was talking about, she gave us all our options but didnt make us feel pushed at all. She was really frendly and made us feel comfortable which can be hard when laying on beds in the middle of a store. The store itself was set out well which made it easy to find your way around. We found working out prices confusing but with the help of Brook who took her time in explaining we came to understand which would be best for us and our budget. The whole experience was made so much better by the lovely lady who seemed really interested in her job. Nothing was to troubling, every store needs a Brook! Brilliant, would definatly be back in the future and advise our friends and family to also!! Fab service.
