Dreams - Kings Lynn

We were looking to purchase a bed and had frequented 2 other retailes before looking in Dreams.Ruby the assistant was so helpful and really friendly she took her time in explaining all the different types of mattress and was patient in allowing us to try and retry as many as we needed, we were offered refreshments too. Other members of staff joined in the friendly banter which really helped us to choose Dreams as the place to make our purchase.

I went shopping with specific requirements , to purchase a bed and mattress. I was greeted courteously, directed to the type of bed I wanted to look at, then assisted very comprehensibly in my purchase. My question were answered, options were suggested and product knowledge was excellent. The whole process took less than 30 minutes !

All members of staff were very helpful, especially Gina who dealt with us today. She asked lots of questions and took on board everything we said, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely patient, friendly and had brilliant customer service. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

Very clean and inviting store. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. She listened to our needs and and showed us the best products available that would suit us. Very easy to talk to and the paperwork was streight forward and well explained, all in all a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We were going to shop around for an electric bed. The price was higher than I wanted to pay, and as there were only two in store I did not want to rush. Having tried the second bed I was satisfied it would suit both our needs, but again did not want to rush. Brook at your Kings Lynn store gave us both the time we needed to talk it over with her, but again price was an issue. She called Tony the area manager and he again took time to discover our needs and helped us with pillows to suit us and was able to include several things within the price that helped us make our mind up not to shop around and we placed the order I cannot express how helpful both of them were and felt by the time we left, any future purchase or indeed problems they would be only too eager to help. They are both first class sales people as we are not ones to change our minds, but on this occasion they gave us such help, guidance and time we had no hesitation placing our order with Dreams. Thank them both for us again.

Gina was very friendly and knew a lot about the products.

Customer advisor Gina was very helpfull when choosing our new mattress. She was very nice and polite, made us welcome instore. It took us 2 hours to make up our minds but she did not show any signs that she was fed up, just let us take our time and was not rushing us into any decision.
