We went in with a general idea of what we wanted; finding a mattress to suit our needs as soon as we entered the store. We were approached by the member of staff, Gina, asking if we required any help. She had a vast knowledge of the mattresses on offer and although we had not chosen the most expensive there was no hard sell which to be honest would have put me off straight away!

Wanted wardrobes looked on line went into store to order friendly assistants ended up buying extras pillows and mattress covers as well, a couple of the items recommended by the assistant were not in stock and she advised me of the best alternative. Also when I explained to her that I had little time as I had an urgent appointment she was both quick and efficient. 😀😀

We were greeted and the organisation of the store was explained to us.

The assistant was very good she took the time to listen and showed usca range of mattresses in pur price range.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly especial Ruby who looked after us from start to finish. She was polite, helpful and patient and had a lot of knowledge. Chris her manager was also helpful and very supportive to his staff.

The lady (Ruby) who served us was extremely polite not in our faces trying to sell, knowledgeable, helpful and I would recommend her to friends if they were looking for a bed.

I visited the store late on a Sunday afternoon, I was greeted by Brook who explained the different types of mattress and which might be best suited to me. She was not pushy in any way, this was what I liked most about being in the store. She was very helpful when I asked about pillows and knew all about the fillings etc! I eventually chose a mattress too with Brook's assistance. The Store Manager was also present and he also assisted me and did a price match with a similar mattress I had seen in another shop. Although it was getting towards closing time on a Sunday afternoon the staff had lots of time and nothing was too much trouble, they were very knowledgeable and friendly, I felt this was genuine and not just 'sales talk.' I have told several friends about how pleased I was with the service and I would definitely recommend and use Dreams again in the future, the staff at King's Lynn were really very efficient and welcoming. There's nothing worse than going into a shop and feeling pressured or followed around by a pushy sales person, and my experience yesterday was nothing like that. The staff were friendly, approachable, professional and a real credit to themselves.
