The staff were welcoming knowledgeable and not too intrusive and left us to decide and choose what we wanted. They were friendly polite and explained the process thoroughly. Chris and Ruby are a credit to your company.

My wife and I were served by a young trainee sales assistant who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He offered advice at the right time, he let myself and my wife talk when we wanted to and never interrupted us unless we were understanding things wrong. He has obviously been given the correct training by his store manager who was also extremely polite and helpful

We were served by a very friendly and helpful manager.Although we were ordering from the brochure he was able to show us the quality of the goods and so went ahead with the order.We are now looking forward to our new wardrobe and chest of draws.

Gina was very attentive and listened carefully to our requirements. She used her knowledge of the products, quantities of stock, remainder items and prices to build our order to a significant level for us. We only intended to buy one duvet, but finally left with 3 duvets and 4 pillows. We are very pleased with what we bought, and would like Dreams to acknowledge her outstanding customer service. She even helped us by carrying the items out to our campervan.

We visited the Kings Lynn store today to look for a new bed and mattress. Upon arriving in the store we looked around for a few minutes and then greeted by Gina who listened to our requirements and made several suggestions on a suitable bed and mattress. Gina understood what we were looking for and appeared to be very knowledgable about the options available to us. After selecting the bed type we wanted we tried several mattresses to see what suited both myself and my wife's needs. We were so impressed with the level of service we received that we agreed to buy straight away, the ordering process was just as painless with no high pressure sales techniques and we were given all of the information we needed and everything was explained in a straightforward way. Overall a really good experience at Dreams today and we look forward to our new bed being delivered in a couple of weeks time. Thank you.
