Very friendly assistant (Gina). Extremely helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for and couldn't have been nicer. Quality and price were excellent value and we would come back again and recommend to friends and family.

my wife and I have not purchased a new bed in over 10 years, so were not too sure what to look for but with the help of Gina the sales lady we managed to find exactly the mattress we wanted. it also helps to be able to lay down on the bed to find out how they feel .

I went into the store twice and each time the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even remembering personal things about us from our first visit. I felt that we mattered!

I was highly satisfied with my experience I recived today Gina really new what she was talking about very helpful even made me and my sister a cup of drink , really pleased with what she done for me .she such a lovely girl never rushed us at all really took her time with us

Myself and my partner George were assisted by Ruby (Employee) she has fantastic customer service skills and is very friendly. She made me feel very welcome. I was even made a hot beverage while we looked around. She knew all the answers to all my questions and she really is an asset to the company. Girl deserves a promotion. Best customer service myself and George has ever received. Thank you so much. I will highly recommend the store and staff to friend and family and when i 'replace in 8' i will be sure to come back to the same store.
