The assistant greeted us on arrival and gave us time to browse, gave a demonstration of the TVs bed and answered all our queries gave advice on the different mattress, was not pushy and actually listened to our needs excellent customer service, a cup of tea and coffee offered which sold the bed for me!! Brook the sales adviser was absolutely brilliant her knowledge was exellent and she was able to answer any questions we had she went out of her way to make sure we had everything.

We were well looked after and the different types of mattresses were explained well, we see the same lady who helped us when we first looked a few weeks ago and she remembered us.
