Bought after testing mattresses in stores and decided on a memory foam after talking this through with the store assistant. I bought this mattress as as it ticked all the boxes and it hasn't disappointed. I was able to take it away the mattress because it was rolled up - which was a surprise , all I had to do was leave it to air for a 24 hours, after this the bed was made up. One of the reasons for the purchase was being able to take it away with us. Very good customer service received in store.

Dealing directly with the public myself within my work, I am all too aware of the importance of outstanding customer experiences and I demand high standards from the teams that work around me. Because of this, I do not hand out praise easily as a customer. This makes my visit to dreams all the more exceptional and the reason I was so keen to provide my feedback. The service I received from Gina and the team at the Kings Lynn store during my visit was excellent. I was given a few minutes to find my way around the store rather than being 'ounces on' the moment I entered the building (something I hate!) before being greeted by Gina with a smile. Gina listened carefully to my requirements and helped me to identify the products most suitable for my needs. She got to know my taste and even used the large touch screen TV to show me products I had not considered but loved. I was not made to feel a nuissance or a waste of time and really felt that Gina's priority was to help me find the right bed for my needs and not to get me to spend as much as possible. I'm very grateful to her helping to find me my perfect bed and for providing a service for Dreams to be proud of. Thanks Gina!
