Assitance was readily available with great knowledge and the time to ensure I tried out the products and purchased the most suitable for my needs.

The sales assistant (Ruby) was very knowledgeable and was honest in providing the pros and cons of each product.

The sales assistant advised us of the difference of the type of mattresses and left us to try out the mattresses and did not pester us or make us feel under pressure.

Excellent help and advice from Ruby the assistant Nothing was too much trouble Saw what I wanted and she dealt with my request very well

The sales assistant was friendly and helpful but also allowed me to have plenty of 'quiet time' testing the beds. I was not put under any pressure to make decisions quickly, and I was lent a more comfortable pillow to take around the various beds with me. Really nice experience.

We were looking for a new mattress ,went into our local store which was clean ,tidy and well presented.As we went in Gina greeted us ,asked us if we wanted any thing specific .We were just browsing at that time but as she was very helpful and your products are very good value ,we temporarily went away with all the information we needed from Gina and came back shortly thereafter to purchase the mattress. At this point Gina processed our order advising us on the available extras which we had .finishing our purchased very pleased with the service

Brook the sales adviser was very friendly but listened carefully to what I was looking for and my price range. She showed me different products with no pushiness or trying to make me look at more expensive items. Although limited products in store she was able to show me on a large screen other recommendations and choices.

Gina was extremely patient and helpfull.We spent over an hour making our choices and her knowledge of all the options was most impressive.

My wife and I both found the staff to be excellent, Gina who we dealt with was a pleasure to deal with she is confident knows the products and was able to help us select the bed we purchased. She was ably backed up by her manager Chris who was able to tell us about his visit to the manufacturers of the bed and explained how they are made. Dreams was not the first store we visited but certainly the best in our area.

we were served by a guy called chris he was very good explained the difference in the beds and told us about offers that was on he even arranged a sturday delivery for us because we both work he was very friendly and not pushy he let us brouse at are leisure when we sat down to buy he even made us a cup of tea a fantastic service thankyou chris will definatly shop there again we have been telling are friends what a fantastic service we got
