The 2 girls working in your Kings Lynn Store are very friendly and were very helpful. and really helped us with what bed we would like, and explained everything to us . They are a real credit to your company

Brook was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, she left us long enough to look without feeling like we was being pounced on .

My Husband and I popped into the Kings Lynn store , we were greeted straight away by one of the lovely staff,{ Brook, } we explained our requirements based on us being a cuddly couple. We were looking for a " slatted bed" we were directed towards the solid style . We were then left alone to find our ideal bed frame and made our choice within 10 mins. All I can say is what outstanding staff. Our new bed arrived on the arranged day I went back a few days later as I noticed wrong email address to pick a time slot, but it appears I did that when the driver called. Once again the lovely staff {Ruby, Jack and Gina }stopped what they were doing top assist me. We will definitely shop in this store again. The sales people were very helpful, professional and cheery.

Very good customer service, the store didn't have the product in store to view but rang round other stores to find out measurements for me.

Very satisfied I went in to buy a headboard and came out buying a bed mainly because I was put at ease, I was made to feel special by Chris the manager of the store, it was late on a Friday night yet I was given the time, and at no time was I put under any pressure .

The manager was very informative. We were offered a drink as it was very warm outside. We were shown samples of the memory foam mattress toppers.

I received what I wanted at the price that was competitive. The staff were sufficiently attentive without being overly fussy
