The staff were very friendly and informative about the particular mattress l was looking to purchase. There are many other type of stores where the assistants do not have any idea of the product they are selling. This was not the case on this occasion.

We were offered assistance the moment we walked into the store. We found the assistant to be a genuine credit to your company. Knowledgeable helpful and friendly

My wife and I were first of all impressed that Gina introduced herself and said if we needed anything just ask. She then gave us the opprtunity to look around without following in our footsteps or being pushy. She waited to be asked before assisting us in making a decision and completing a purchase of a new bed.

The man who served me was very informative and asked me what type of mattress i was looking for and pointed out the mattresses that i described. I had a look around the store and picked the one i liked. He wasnt pushy and let me take my time to choose.

I had a rough idea of the mattress I wanted but there were many variations and Ruby at the Kings Lynn store explained the differences and I tried them all until I found the one I liked. She was very professional, friendly and not 'pushy' with sales.

Have never purchased from Dreams before, however, being so impressed with everything and everyone would make me have no hesitation in using the store again. If only more retail outlets offered such a delightful service life with such nice knowledgeable staff it would be so much more pleasant - very impressed.
