I had already visited 2 bed stores that day, the first was a small independent retailer who had limited stock and couldn't supply what I needed and was more interested in trying to sell me a new bed so I went for a larger retailer and visited Bensons for beds, they seem to be really pushy and was more interested in selling me an expensive mattress even offering me credit. When I was served by Brook I told her the same as I told the others, I needed a double mattress as cheap as possible and as quick as possible. I am on an extremely limited budget and would rather get a cheap mattress now and get a better mattress later when my financial situation improves. She showed me a few options and the rolled mattresses. Perfect, I came back a few days later and purchased the rolled mattress. Unfortunately it seems too short but used your online chat system and was informed it may still take a few days to reach its full size.

We went into the store on Hardwick rd, Kings Lynn and was served by a truly lovely assistant called Gina Winch. We were looking for a mattress topper and she was brilliant at helping us try them out on the correct firmness of bed to help us find the right one. I needed one as we have a very firm mattress and have bad hips so she explained all the pros and cons of all the types you sold,and helped us decide on a memory foam one that will help my husband and I sleep better. We also ended up buying a pillow there as well and again she was so helpful and full of helpful and honest information on all the types you sold. We were actually on our Honeymoon and on our way to our caravan and she made the experience easy and allowed us to make the right decision on what we wanted. A truly lovely and helpfull sales assistant and made the purchase a pleasure to do. Highly recommended to anyone looking for mattresses or toppers.
