we were assisted by Brooke in the KINGS LYNN shop, she was very professional, knew her information well, friendly, respectful and very person centred, we wish their were more with her customer service experience. we were well informed and made to feel comfortable. please let her know how much we appreciated her being our sales representative. through her we would recommend you to others. On this occasion we only made a very small purchase but the attentiveness and help received from the sales person was as good as when we previously placed orders of a much higher value. We found this refreshing as we have often had experiences in other stores where assistants don't show a lot of enthusiasm on small orders.

GINA WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT NOT PUSHY LIKE SOME SALES STAFF ARE, SHE GAVE ADVICE WHEN ASKED BUT LEFT US CHANCE TO DISCUSS OPTIONS IN PRIVATE. ONE OF THE NICEST SALES STAFF WE HAVE DEALT WITH FOR A LONG TIME.

Chris at the Kings Lynn store made the experience. It was the first time I have brought from dreams but the service delivery, friendliness, knowledge and professionalism was A*. It's great to be able to have someone assist you and be able to offer alternatives and patience. Great guy. Willl definitely buy from the store again and share my experience with friends and family.

I was lucky enough to have the complete 'dream team' when I visited the store today as all 3 girls helped me choose my new mattress! I will sleep on just about anything but I explained that I have a very fussy partner who is continuously moaning about our current mattress forcing me to buy a new one! She was unable to join me in the store so it was important I made the right decision! I told the girls she likes something not too soft but hates a firm mattress and I even told them about her love for animals and that was when Gina recommended the Flaxby! She told me how well they look after their sheep and she even looked a little like one herself! I decided on the medium soft and after hearing all of their exceptional product knowledge I was more than confident to buy and left a deposit. The delivery date isn't far away either so soon I will be able to get in bed and go to sleep without my girlfriend telling me how terrible our mattress is! Thankyou dream team!
