Dreams - Kings Lynn

We only visited the shop in King's Lynn, to browse. We have had a new bedroom built onto our bungalow, and needed to buy a new bed, but resources being in short supply, we were looking for excellent value. Having found what we wanted, and it ticked all our boxes, we walked out having bought a bed and mattress, which was far superior than we thought we could afford. Excellent service and excellent value!!

The two girls in the shop were so polite and helpful the visit today was the second time I visited the shop on both times ruby and Gina answered every question and put me at ease.

The sales person that looked after me , Ruby, was polite, courteous, and posative, all my questions were answered in a very business like manner to my satisfaction,it was a pleasure to shop at dreams. A brilliant experience from start to finish. The lady who looked after me during my visit, Gina, was a credit to the brand. Knew exactly what type of product would suit me (I run hot at night so a gel top mattress was suggested) and gave me information about other products so I could make an informed decision. Very friendly and polite, with excellent product knowledge. I extremely happy with the purchase and look forward to getting the mattress in my new home.
