The professional approach and advice made me feel confident about my purchase. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted without feeling pressured into making a decision. The bed frame wasn't in store but Brooke phoned another store to ask questions I had about it. I tried several mattresses before choosing the ones we wanted and was given plenty of information about each. I havent had the products delivered yet so can't really comment but am really excited

A lady named Gina greeted and explained several products to us in the range whilst making both my wife and I feel welcome and relaxed. She is a credit to your company and the coffee was good.

Went into the store with a slightly unusual request and was met with understanding and an expert knowledge of their products. I was hoping to buy a mattress that day, and it was kindly explained why this wasn't possible and what alternatives were available. I was thoroughly impressed with the offering and I think it is a far better mattress than I was expecting when I arrived. Alongside the upgrade guarantee and accidental damage - for less than I expected to pay - I couldn't be more happy. I can't praise Gina enough for how quickly and friendly she dealt with all my questions. The store was impeccably clean with a huge array of beds, and I felt like I had the freedom to find exactly what I needed. It couldn't have been a better experience.

The store was well laid out and the staff were very friendly and approachable.

We was only in store for a few minutes until someone came and asked if we needed help and with there assistance we found the mattress we wanted easy and was in and out the store within 15 mins and was happy with service we received and believed to have got a good deal

We visited 2 other shops before coming into Dreams to purchase a new mattress. In the first store the staff was very unprofessional and did not seem to have a lot of knowledge regarding the products they sell etc. In the second shop, we were not even acknowledged when we came into the the store. We spent about 20 minutes walking around without anyone even greeting us. They had a shop assistant sitting at a desk day dreaming and there was only one other couple in the store who was being looked after by a different colleage, so there was really no excuse for not even acknowledging us. We walked out and came to Dreams where we were greeted by Chris. He tols us to have a look around and that he would come to help us in a minute. About 2 minutes later he came to assist us in finding the right mattress for us. He was very friendly and helpful and one of his colleages even took the kids to play while we sorted out the payment and delivery. I am so glad we visited Dreams and I would gladly recommend it to any of our friends or family. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Staff were friendly listened and took note of our requirements were helpful. Quality of products were good with a varied range and overall a very very enjoyable shopping experience well done King's Lynn branch full marks from us.

The sales assistant Brook was very helpful and very friendly and left me to decide without making me feel pressured and with none of the sales pitches that some salesperson use. Once I had decided on which mattress I wanted she talked me through the various purchase options etc. The other members of staff very also to hand and very helpful to assist if needed and was very freindly. Tea / coffee was offered to me and made me feel very welcome and that I had all the time in the world to make my purchase. Would definitley recommend the store to family and friends.
