Dreams - Kettering

We booked an appointment and when we arrived we were offered hand sanitiser and face masks. Our sales assistant, Elliot, was very attentive and knew the products well. He was very helpful and friendly. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. The delivery time to receive our new mattress is only just over 2 weeks.

We are always very satisfied with dreams, we always get our beds and mattress from there, the work team are always friendly and helpful, we never have a problem with delivery, fully recommend dreams

Under the present social distancing and our age we were concerned but we were greeted with a friendly smile and then took a mask and gloves that were provided. Asked our requirements and then experienced the automated mattress selector. Further explanation of the results and then taken to try out various mattresses with a protective sheet to lie upon together with a suitable pillow. Overall we could not fault the service which was excellent it was both relaxed and informative which helped us to select our new mattress and base. We then experienced your electronic body measuring and received the machines recommendations . We then tried 3 different beds and pillows. we were impressed and decided to buy after we received the prices.
