We were very well looked after, yet given enough space and time to browse as we needed, The machine that tested your body as to what matress you needed was amazing realy enjoyed it , We were very impressed by what Dreams had to offer and the way we were treated, We would certainly use Dreams again , Thank you Dream team especially the lady who served us thank you Lisa .

Walked into the store and was warmly welcomed. Mattress testing done and she walked us through and sampled various mattresses till we found the perfect one.

As soon as I arrived in store Dan one of the assistants was very professional with me and very helpful with me in fact I chose a mattress with his help the one I wanted in a short time without any fuss. Am very impressed with this service.

Dan was very helpful with the requirements for my disabled mother. As she is slow in terms of mobility he was very kind & reassuring. He had a good knowledge of products and was able to make appropriate recommendations for her needs.

We entered the store at 5:30 so not an awful lot of time before the store was due to close. Dan supported us from the get go, we were put onto the machine and then sent around the store trying out mattresses. Dan stayed behind after his time to complete our sale.

Vivek was very pleasant and welcoming as soon as I entered the shop. Had lots of knowledge on the beds and mattresses and was able to recommend a bed and mattress I’m very happy with. Offered me a drink and gave me a great deal on the purchase. Happy customer due to the great customer service! Highly recommend.
