Greeted at the door by Elliot, who greeted explained CV19 procedures & offered to mask up for our protection. Elliot was polite attentive listened to our needs guided us to suitable products. We advised that we would like to go away & consider, Elliot was not pushy & was respectful of our wishes. We visited other retailers did some price comparisons tried other beds nothing was as comfortable as the one Elliot had suggested, we returned to Dreams Elliot again spent time with us to make sure our purchase was the correct choice and right for us. We started the day intending to spend around £1500 pounds left dreams having spent £2797 largely down to Elliot's patience and subtle up selling skills, not only did we buy a bed, we purchased headboard pillows, mattress protector & insurances. Both my wife & I left happy that we had purchased something of quality & right for us. Nice touch was very welcome chilled bottle of water.
