Elliot welcomed us at the door and explained the covid instructions and made sure we felt comfortable in the shop. He was a very pleasant and friendly young man and we wanted to use the dream machine. Again he went through all the processes and questions and gave us our own pillows. He was thorough and always explained everything. We originally went to the store as it had a 60% offer on. After talking with Elliot and trying out some of the beds that suited us. We didn't get a discount bed but a very comfortable one. We also purchased the pillows. He was vry
