We were approached when we first entered the store to see if we needed assistance, we said we were just browsing and would be ok. The assistant was very polite and said if we needed anything just to let her know.We browsed and decided we needed more info on mattresses . The store assistances were readily available and very approachable, Maria talked about mattresses with us and then suggested we use you mattress machine . We were happy that she placed paper on it for our protection. She explained what was happening and then showed us mattresses suggested. We spent time trying and discussing mattresses and then bed bases. All the time the assistant was informative but friendly and answered our questions. We decided to buy both a base and a mattress and the process of selecting a delivery date and paying was very smooth. The assistant Maria also made sure we would have our mattress delivered after our holiday so that we would be able to try it within the specified times which we thought was excellent.At all times we though Covid H&S measures were being kept.
