Very helpful member of staff helped us to pick the correct mattress for our needs at a price that we were happy to pay, there were more expensive mattresses but the staff member was more concerned about helping us to by a mattress that suited us rather than being pushy to get more money out of us.

Lisa who helped us was quick to offer help and then gave good feedback and information on the products. She was genuinely interested in helping rather than it just being sales lead. Also gave me the product info so I could go away and think about which products I wanted. Then when I came back to the store two days later she remembered all the details and the order was processed quickly.

Had really good advice from Lisa. Tested the mattress options and she recommended one. She also knew a lot about mattress toppers and mattress protectors and also talked about the importance of me getting insurance on my new mattress.
