We walked in and we’re greeted immediately by a sales assistant who was keen to understand our needs and explained the socially distancing policy and cleanliness of the store. We had come to try a specific mattress but the assistant explained about the mattress matching service and we tried it out with a sales assistant called Dan. He then took us to try out several mattresses with pillows, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us at all. When we made our choice he checked delivery which was due to be very quick, and he arranged insurance for us while throwing in a mattress topper too. Overall really pleased with our experience and would recommend.
