Informative friendly staff, helped my wife and myself to a warm welcome and entertaining conversation regarding the product that was of interest to us. Would definitely recommend Dreams .

We were met quickly by a member of staff "Wendy " who asked what we were looking for. She assessed our needs using technical bed assessment . She spent a lot of time with us...recommending mattresses highlighted from the assessment. We were even given coffee!! We made our decision regarding a Tempur mattress and pillows. The manager "Vivek" did the order completion on the computer with us and arranged our delivery.

We were greeted by Iisa when we entered the store, she was very friendly and knowledgable about the stock. We didn’t feel rushed to make our purchase. Everything was explained to us about the mattress we purchased. Lisa even made us a cup of tea which is a nice touch.
