The store had just opened so we were the first ones in. The man came straight over to us, asked us what we’re looking for and if we wanted his help. Told us about the machine which could tell which mattress we needed and let us go on it. He gave us time to have a think about our options and wasn’t too pushy. He gave us some discount towards collecting our old mattress. The shop was quiet so we felt we could wander around and not worry about social distancing. We were offered a bottle of water.
