The store was well laid out and was easy to find the item I wanted to look at. A lovely lady called Wendy in the Kettering store came over straight away to see if I wanted help. She advised me through the whole process and helped me complete my order.

From the moment we walked in the door, there was plenty of space, you could see customers already in store were socially distanced. We were offered help and initially said we wanted to browse, the assistants left us alone until we initiated a chat. Our assistant was very knowledgeable, not pushy and let us make decisions as we saw fit. He was friendly.
