Very welcoming staff, attended to all of our needs and listened to everything we had to say. He also set up the sleep machine for us and then went on to selling us our new mattress.

When entering we were greeted by Maria who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Maria took the time to listen to our requirements and gave us options. She didn't force a product at us and let us choose what we required and gave us all the answers to our questions so we could make an informed decision. Lisa was very prompt in asking if I needed help and really knowledgeable when I explained what I was looking for. I had no idea of specifics and Lisa helped me narrow down what was suitable for me so I could make an informed choice. The time available to be to try different products was really useful and I wasn’t rushed at all. Lisa was also really helpful at tailoring my purchase to a budget and explained the different prices clearly.

The service from Wendy was great with the right amount of help. She did not pester use of stand with us she gave us space and information when we needed it.

Lisa was extremely helpful, we went into the store to find a new bed and mattress after we had a house fire. Lisa helped us find the perfect mattress and really listened to what it was we wanted. Her knowledge about the mattresses was so helpful it really helped us make the right decision she completely understood what we were after.
