My wife was not sure about the type of bed she wanted but we were then offered a mattress tester where we could sleep and let the computer chose a bed most suited for our needs. This was together an experience as well as a helper for us

Colleague Wendy was very friendly and approachable. Service was available almost immediately. We got shown all options. Only slight issue we had was it would have been preferable to see a colour fabric swatch of the materials of the bed we chose before we ordered as the colour we selected wasn’t on show for that particular bed, and on request of this we were told it was unavailable to see a swatch. That’s really the only slight issue we had, all other parts of the in store process we were satisfied with.

Wendy in the kettering store is amazing she goes above and beyond understands what your looking for and why and advises on the correct product and value for money etc This is the second time we have bought a bed from dreams through Wendy and she is why we returned with fantastic customer service and knowledge of product range Thank you

We had the sleep match service which was done very safely, we were shown all of the mattresses we matched so we had a wide range to choose from and we’re advised very well.
