Our server Wendy @ Kettering branch was extremely patient and listened to our needs finding the right product for us. The “sleep machine” was a fun addition to our visit. But it was really Wendy’s happy, welcoming character yet informative expertise that made our visit so special. She was not at all pushy and gave us a wide range of options, although we had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted prior to our visit. Simply great in-store service - well done.

Wendy was extremely helpful and took us through everything and explained everything really thoroughly which we were really pleased about. We thought we'd get there and be overwhelmed with options but she made the process really easy.

Impressed with the test bed that measured our optimum mattress type, together with the range of mattresses that you had for us to check out.

The salesperson Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I found the experience of being tested for the most suitable bed for us was interesting and informative. She was also very patient with us and we did not feel rushed.

The man who helped us with our purchase had a ton of knowledge and knew excatly what he was suggesting, me and my partner had first went on a really soft bed in store and it was so uncomfortable so amrit suggested a firm mattress and gave us pillows with our sleeping preference, the mattress was still a bit too soft and after explaining why it was uncomfortable he knew excatly which type of bed would be perfect.

The assistant was extremely helpful while maintaining social distancing. She gave us as much time as we needed to decide which product to buy. In fact all the staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

Lisa the lady who assisted me....chatted then allowed me to browse, she observed when I was ready to try the mattress sleep pressure gadget. Lisa talked me through my options as I had found a bed I liked but after discussion and her knowledge found a very similar one that would work for me. Lisa walked me through my options for a mattress again taking into consideration my needs and budget. A very helpful and understanding customer service experience, partially when making a large purchase.

I like the opportunity to test several of the beds and make comparisons.

We were welcomed by Maria, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and very through. We used the computer to get the best mattress for our needs and placed our order for our Ottoman and mattress.
