I knew what I wanted and the staff facilitated my order rapidly.

Was surprised how good the experience of being fitted for the mattress was. The lady who guided us, Maria, was knowledgeable,courteous and very efficient.

Good Covid procedures in place. Good attention from staff upon entry to store. Very knowledgeable on products we were seeking advice on.

Maria was so helpful and got us in and out very quickly with all our needs met! Can’t wait for my new mattress to come!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and knew I had little time to stay in store due to another appointment. From entering the store to paying for my goods, I had only been in store for about 15 minutes. I knew what I wanted, was shown 3-4 options, chose my item & went to pay. The staff member Wendy was very helpful & polite.

The person helping me was honest, helpful and patient. Not pushy but helped me pick a quality product that will last longer than what I original saw online

Wendy was fantastic from start to finish. She talked our daughter through the different mattress options and never felt like she was pushing to sell high priced items. We had set a budget and she worked to this on the bed frames and mattresses we purchased for both daughters. Thanks Wendy you were great to deal with.

My mum and I visited your Kettering store on 1st May with an idea of what we wanted bed frame wise but no idea about mattresses, we were so looked after by Lisa one of the sales assistants in the store with bed frame and especially the choice of mattresses more so for my mum with her having had a hip replacement in the last few years, absolutely first class service by Lisa. We were also asked if we wanted a drink and asked if we were warm enough as if not they would turn the heating up. Very impressed with the Kettering branch of Dreams and staff, thank you. We are looking forward to receiving our new beds and mattresses very soon x

The store colleague Dan was excellent in dealing with my needs from establishing what I wanted , to explaining the differences on all the recommended mattresses, he specified times for each order if I was to purchase and allowed plenty of time to try and select each product till the correct one was found.

I was shopping with and for my 85 year old father. Wendy was extremely helpful, considerate and gave us a very pleasant customer service experience. Thank you.
