Went with intention of buying a Hypnos mattress which was not available in any type Customer adviser gave a good explanation & then discussed my needs & recommended an alternative which has a 40 dy return so hopefully guarantees my satisfaction when the product arrives

We were greeted by Wendy at the Kettering store and straight away we were treated to a pleasant and professional shopping experience. I actually told her that I liked her for her knowledge and customer service. Brilliant member of staff.

Immediately upon entering the Kettering Dreams Store we felt relaxed as it was clear that the covid restrictions and rules were being adhered to. The Sales Assistant, Tina, who approached us in a relaxed and friendly manner immediately gave us confidence in her knowledge of the various beds and other products available. We were very impressed by the piece of equipment used to establish our individual needs. She clearly had excellent product knowledge.

We had an idea of what we wanted but were not sure what we needed! We visited the Kettering store, just to have a browse. Wendy was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Due to her assistance we went home to have a think and then called back to purchase the mattress. Wendy was very helpful and we wanted to make sure she was recognised for her excellent customer service.
